Luxury apartment showroom opens in HCMC   2008-10-06 - Thanh Nien

Model apartments for the Richland Hill Terrace Building opened in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 9 last Saturday.

The building, which has an initial investment of US$300 million, will include 1,100 apartments, a 30,000-square-meter shopping and entertainment center and two office buildings.

Each apartment will be offered at an average price of $1,800 per square meter.

The HCMC-based DongA Bank said it would offer buyers a 20-year mortgage plan for up to 50 percent of an apartment’s value at 17 percent annual interest.

The building is scheduled for completion in 2011
