Hanoi’s Largest Office Building To Open Next Year   2009-10-12 - VOV News

 The capital’s largest office complex, the 27-story Charmvit Plaza, will open in the first quarter next year, said property firm CB Richard Ellis Vietnam Ltd., which will lease out the building.

A combination of restaurants, shops and offices, the plaza will be located around six kilometers from Hanoi downtown, facing a Big C supermarket and the National Conference Center.

The first four stories will be rented to supermarkets, Asian and European restaurants and health clubs.

The upper stories comprise two towers, one for hotels with its two top stories serving high-end restaurants, and the other tower for offices.

Work on the complex began in late 2007.
